Firelake worked with KCOI to develop an integrated solution that included
Access Controls, HVAC Controls, and CCTV. The solution was to install a
Honeywell Tridium system which connected to McQuay roof top units, and
Honeywell VAV boxes. The access system was also Honeywell. Firelake also
implemented energy monitoring and analytics in order to increase savings.
Firelake continues to work with KCOI on service and future projects.

Family Care (Lenexa & Overland Park Facilities)
Firelake installed an HVAC Controls system for two medical office buildings for
Family Care. These consisted of heating and cooling roof top units and dual duct
VAV boxes. The existing system was not controlling correctly, so Firelake
upgraded it to a Johnson Controls Facility Explorer system. Comfort was
improved and Firelake continues to work with the Facility Care Medical staff.

Firelake developed a solution to migrate an existing Trane Controls system to a new Johnson Control Facility Explorer system. This was a unique solution that involved multiple steps including integration to the existing system, utilizing the Tridium Niagara platform. This solution successfully gave the customer visibility to an existing system, and offered more competitive, non-proprietary equipment
so they can be more flexible in the future.
